About The Opportunity We are looking for a Jr. Account Manager to maintain a portfolio of accounts and engage opportunities that drive WeWork’s revenue strategy and business development. In this role, you will: Manage renewals and upgrades with assigned accounts. Conduct scheduled quarterly check-ins with accounts to maximize their WeWork membership value and understand their ongoing experience. Proactively anticipate member and guest needs using collected information to personalize their experience. Cultivate new business opportunities to meet quarterly quotas. Create tailored business proposals and source solutions for specific member needs. Conduct discovery calls to understand requirements, educate on WeWork solutions, arrange tours, and oversee the move-in process. Present pricing, determine discounts, and close deals. Prepare contracts and coordinate with Legal for agreement processes. Manage deal deadlines and understand internal processes to ensure timely execution. Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Leasing, Product, IT, and Procurement teams during deal execution. Conduct outreach to attract new members and grow the WeWork ecosystem. About You If the following describes you, we’d love to hear from you! Bachelor's degree required; business-related field preferred. Proficient in English: B2 - C1 level. 2-3 years of experience, preferably in Account Management or sales. Availability to work onsite in Bogotá. Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and G-Suite. Skilled in creating proposals and closing deals from discovery to completion. Knowledge of real estate brokerage and leasing terms.
