Job Description As a Sales Administrative Assistant at Velo Advisers, your role will be pivotal in supporting our client’s sales team. You'll be responsible for a range of tasks that ensure their sales operations run smoothly. Your duties will include confirming appointments, managing critical documents, and assisting with various sales-related tasks, such as lead prospecting and outbound email campaigns. Here’s an overview of your future role: Employment Type: Indefinite Term Type Contract Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Work Setup: Hybrid, Bogota What do you need to succeed? English Level: C1-C2 Experience: 3+ years in similar roles, such as Sales Administrative Assistant or in sales support. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Willingness to adapt and learn new software and platforms. Familiarity with CRM systems and experience working with databases. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to prospect leads and support outbound email campaigns. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Highly motivated and results-driven, with a focus on increasing sales volume and client acquisition. Techstack: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and some CRM. What awaits you in this role? Confirm appointments for Sales-specific meetings. Efficiently manage documents, including organizing client documents from platforms like DropBox and Client Portals. Demonstrate a willingness to learn new programs and processes, including platforms like Calendly, Lusha, and our Sales CRM (Sales Hub). Maintain a high level of organization to effectively manage tasks and prioritize responsibilities. Assist in various Sales Admin roles, including helping with professional services-related tasks. Support outbound email campaigns and contribute to sales and marketing communications efforts. Target leads and conduct outreach efforts to drive business growth. Collaborate with the sales team to prospect leads and follow up with clients. Work on the maintenance of our mature CRM system, including updating notes and client information.
