Job Title A Junior Quality Control Agent position is available to ensure the flawless execution of trips. About the Role This entry-level job plays a key role in maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, communication, and client care. - Partner with Travel Planners to support the execution of sold trips. - Review and verify all trip bookings to ensure every detail is correct and aligned with client expectations. - Implement and maintain internal quality control processes across all reservations. - Reconfirm bookings with vendors via email and phone; proactively address any issues that arise. - Serve as a quality guardian, ensuring that every journey meets standards of excellence. Required Skills - Strong command of English (spoken and written). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Sheets. - Highly organized and detail-oriented. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Collaborative mindset and customer-focused attitude. - Experience in documentation and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
