Director - TV and Video Insights Department: Client Success - North America Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Colombia - Remote Description The Insights specialism at Ebiquity sits within our Client Success Team. We find insights in data and make actionable recommendations that will add value to clients. The Opportunity & Impact As a TV & Digital Video Insights Director, you will lead key client projects and relationships by balancing our product solutions with integrated video trends to create an innovative narrative. This is an opportunity to be a trusted media advisor as the video landscape in Latin America evolves. You will lead by example and manage your growth alongside your direct report’s growth overall and towards the Insight specialism’s role within the organization. This role will partner daily with Client Management internally and externally. This role will report directly into the Head of Insights, Americas. Beyond the day-to-day roles & responsibilities, you’ll collaborate with our TV/Video & Digital Insights Americas Team, Activation and the Production & Solutions teams. Day-to-Day Responsibilities (but not limited to): - Manage a client portfolio of accounts - Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication internally and externally - Deliver client presentations as a natural storyteller injecting industry trends and/or specific client category knowledge when required - Collaborate with Client Partners beyond timely delivery, finding opportunities to establish more robust relationships - Oversee and onboard new and junior team members – contribute to the enhancement of current processes - Lead in delivery mechanisms for reporting - Lead in core product solutions & methodology internally and externally - Contribute to solution development with strong industry trend knowledge and client feedback - Manage & guide career progression of Consultant through Associate Director - Lead recruitment for Consultant through Associate Director - Coordinate with other Insight Team members for shared team learning - Partner with Team Lead for required training courses to be deployed across the team Skills, Knowledge & Expertise We welcome media professionals holding roles in Media Planning, Media Planning & Strategy, Integrated Video Investment, CTV Specialist, Marketing Sciences (Data + Analytics) who have a passion for innovation across the media supply chain, notably at the intersection of Linear TV and CTV/Streaming TV. - The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant and progressive professional work experience in client management, managing an internal team, developing client presentations and storytelling through data - Full proficiency in written and oral English and Spanish - A background in omni-channel strategy, integrated video strategy, insights with clear strategy expertise in Linear TV – National Open, Local Open, Pay TV and CTV in major Latin American Markets: Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru. - Additional experience in integrated digital media channel strategy and/or activation (i.e., programmatic, paid social and paid search) is advantageous - Adept at injecting ideas, innovation and leading industry developments into assignments - Possesses both logic and imaginative thinking - Proven team management and leading by example - Experience planning or executing strategies for large scale LATAM Clients (+200MM) across integrated video media channels and platforms - Experience with 3rd party ad verification partners - Experience contributing to new & scalable client solutions in changing market conditions - Experience working with Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI, Tableau, MS Office Suite, Comscore, etc.) - Experience supporting agency or tech partner in new business development is advantageous - Self-starting, proactive, out-of-the-box thinker driven by the relentless pursuit of excellence to deliver brilliant services for our clients - Proven track record of honest, transparent and trustworthy industry relationships - Willingness to travel (less than 25%) Job Benefits - Our position for new joiners is very different from most, as we treat everyone as full team members and engage them on actual client projects from the beginning. - Opportunity to make a significant contribution to the global digital media buying landscape and work with some of the largest advertisers in the world - Directly liaise with Client & Brand Leaders - Flexible approach – work from home - Friendly colleagues who are always willing to help What we will offer: - A salary range starting at $90,000, depending on experience and geographical location. - Health Insurance including exclusive plans for Dental & Vision - EAP Program Access - 401(k) Plan with company match - HSA & FSA options - Life & Disability Insurance - Generous PTO and an extra day off for your birthday - Paid Maternity/Paternity Leave - Paid Holidays/Sick Time - Summer Fridays and Flexible Work Hours - Remote first location; with opportunities to join in-person team meetings. - A company focus on wellbeing and work-life balance. - Broad range of learning and development opportunities underpinned by a focus on career progression and internal mobility. #J-18808-Ljbffr
