JOB OVERVIEW Plan A Technologies is looking for astrategic Chief Information Officer (CIO) / Chief TechnologyOfficer (CTO) to lead the technology and innovation efforts. Theideal candidate will oversee the organization's technologicaldirection, infrastructure, security, and digital transformation. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying emergingtechnologies and leveraging them to create scalable, profitablesolutions. This is an exciting job with room for significant careergrowth. Please note: you must have at least 5+ years of experienceas a CIO, CTO, or similar leadership role in technology-drivenorganizations to be considered for this role. JOB RESPONSIBILITY 1. Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy alignedwith the company's mission of inventing and commercializinginnovative solutions. 2. Drive digital transformation and ensurethe scalability and security of technological infrastructures. 3. Identify and leverage emerging technologies to create disruptivebusiness models. 4. Oversee R&D; initiatives that foster theinvention of new products and services. 5. Ensure robust ITinfrastructure, encompassing cloud services, data management, andadvanced networking. 6. Implement best practices for cybersecurityand data protection. 7. Partner with cross-functional teams,including product development, marketing, and operations, to aligntechnology with business goals. 8. Engage with externalstakeholders, investors, and industry partners to promotetechnological advancements. 9. Build, mentor, and lead ahigh-performing technology team. 10. Foster a culture ofinnovation, continuous improvement, and accountability. EXPERIENCE1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, ora related field. 2. Proven experience as a CIO, CTO, or similarleadership role in technology-driven organizations. 3. Strong trackrecord of driving digital transformation and innovation. 4. Expertise in infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, andemerging technologies. 5. Excellent leadership, communication, andstakeholder management skills. 6. Great attention to detail. 7. Solid written and verbal English skills. 8. Ability to maintain apositive work attitude. 9. Initiative and drive to do great things.
