Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with C-level IT and business executives to align on and drive strategic initiatives. - Identify business and IT drivers of cloud adoption and design strategy and roadmap. - Develop and optimize business processes associated with cloud adoption to maximize benefits and quantifiable improvement in business. - Design and deliver technical solutions that solve for new levels of complexity, scale, and performance, leading to breakthrough innovations. - Support orchestrated adoption and execution of strategy, operations, and process design. - Assist in planning and executing organizational change management to drive buy-in across diverse customer stakeholders. - Develop compelling business case to enable cost optimization. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience. - 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise IT, consulting, and/or engineering/development. - Experience engaging deeply with C-level executives to define and execute enterprise-wide transformation programs. - Strong background/experience working with Enterprise Architecture Frameworks (e.g. SAFe, TOGAF, Business Capability maps, Value Maps) and management frameworks (e.g. ITIL v3 processes, COBIT, CMMI).
