This is a key role in driving the integration of applications with Visa's Value-Added Services, Commercial Solutions, and Visa Developer Platform Products. We are seeking an individual to provide project and technical support to customers adopting VAS, CMS, and VDP products. This will involve working closely with customers to define use cases for integration and associated API calls to meet their needs. The successful candidate will identify any gaps between client functionality and the APIs offering and consult with Product to address those gaps or suggest operational improvements. Additionally, they will provide level 3 support for client inquiries regarding the consumption of the VDP Products and collaborate across Product, Technology, Sales, and Client Services to refine the platform capabilities for a superior client experience.
