Finance Treasury Specialist Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Finance Treasury Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to hotels on bank reconciliation issues. Daily Responsibilities - Communicate regularly with properties and income analysts across Colombia to ensure accurate financial information is shared. - Prepare detailed reports on bank reconciliations and balances for reviews and audits. - Support and review payment controls for hotel accruals. Collaboration You will hold regular meetings with hotel finance directors to discuss reports and journals, as well as review internal policies and procedures with team members. Projects You Will Own - Develop strategies to improve internal processes for efficiency. - Implement treasury processes aligned with legal and regulatory requirements. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: - A minimum of 6 months of experience in treasury processes. - Knowledge of bank systems such as BBVA, Bancolombia, and Banco Av Villas. - One year of experience with Excel. - Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications, including Word and Outlook.
