Job Description **Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Specialist to join our team in Bogota. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the implementation and QA process for Global Teller application. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement test automation strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery - Leverage testing methods and practices to document requirements, drive development, and develop automation solutions - Work closely with the development team to identify and prioritize defects and bugs - Collaborate actively with cross-functional teams to embed quality in every phase of the software development lifecycle - Analyze industry best practices to recommend improvements to methodology, test environments, and workflow - Maintain the QAT and NFT environment, ensuring it is always functional, up-to-date, and secure Requirements: - Minimum 4 years of experience in QA testing, preferably in an Agile environment - Experience working with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) - Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with attention to detail and creativity in developing testing solutions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to varied groups - Bilingual English/Spanish language skills (B2 level)
