As a **Logistics Operations Support**, you will analyze, interpret data, and provide logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions. **Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**: - Monitor and track ocean and air shipments, ensuring timely updates on their status and location. - Provide customer service, responding to inquiries related to shipment status and other logistics concerns. - Managed accurate data entry for shipment details and customer information. - Offered helpdesk support, addressing customer issues and providing solutions to ensure smooth transportation processes. **Requirements**: **What would help you succeed**: - Believe and love what you do. - Detail Orientation and Accuracy. - Ability to Multi-task. - Sense of Urgency and Punctuality. - Stable, Reliable and Responsible. **Minimum requirements**: - **Studies**:A high school diploma is **required**. Other fields of study could also be considered. - **Experience**:At least **6 months** of experience in bilingual customer service, back office, operations, logistics, shipment tracking, or a related field. Experience in logistics and track-and-trace functions is preferred, and experience in intermodal and drayage positions is considered a plus. - **Language**: Good English skills.
