Full Stack Developer Position We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to drive the development of our Records Management System (RMS) and related sub-products. - The ideal candidate will have experience in technical end-to-end product ownership, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with Product Management to understand requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop clean, reusable client integration systems following secure cloud software best practices. - Contribute to technical documentation and automate build and deployment processes to improve engineer efficiency. Requirements: - Proven experience with technical end-to-end product ownership and meeting deadlines. - 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Web Developer with React. - 3+ years of experience as a Back End Developer with Java. - High proficiency in Typescript. - Experience with modern frontend bundlers, package managers, and build tools. - Knowledge or experience with microservices architecture. - Upper-Intermediate English level. Preferred Skills: - Experience building software in the cloud. - AI-assisted development experience with tools like Windsurf, Cursor, or similar.
