The work: As an HR Partner, you will be the single point of contact in HR for our people and practice leaders—building deep, personalized relationships to help our people and business thrive. Provide human-centered and holistic HR support to a group of employees in a practice, supporting them through their career and project experiences. Provide personalized employee support, connecting people to projects, coaching on “best fit” roles, and balancing career goals with business priorities. Work, coach, and advise practice leaders on talent-related topics and priorities. Support key HR processes such as performance management. Guide employees on career development and learning opportunities based on their interests and aspirations, aligned with Accenture’s strategic priorities. Monitor employee engagement and the overall employee experience within the practice. Use data and storytelling to deliver insights on talent metrics. Collaborate with other HR teams to develop strategies around inclusion, diversity, employee experience, and up-skilling. Identify automations and efficiencies to elevate the employee experience and improve workflows.
