Bilingual (English/Spanish). Responsibilities: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/MAIN FUNCTIONS Review account opening documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies. Interpret and implement custodian-specific requirements for account setup. Maintain and update internal procedures based on custodian changes and regulatory updates. Communicate account opening requirements and updates clearly to advisors and stakeholders. Coordinate with custodians and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or documentation issues promptly. Documentation preparing or tracking status of documentation and following until completion.
