Requires a minimum 1 year to Maximum 3 years of Broker Dealer or Banking experience. Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize. Customer service attitude, team player and proactive. Ability to work under pressure and time bound projects. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Knowledge in the operation of laptops/desktops and Microsoft platforms/software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Bilingual (English/Spanish). Responsibilities: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/MAIN FUNCTIONS Review account opening documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies. Interpret and implement custodian-specific requirements for account setup. Maintain and update internal procedures based on custodian changes and regulatory updates. Communicate account opening requirements and updates clearly to advisors and stakeholders. Coordinate with custodians and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or documentation issues promptly. Documentation preparing or tracking status of documentation and following until completion.
