Our client is a fast-growing fractional HR and recruiting consultancy working with startups in the consumer goods space, including e-commerce, apparel, beverage, and beauty brands. Launched 9 months ago, the company is expanding its reach and looking to accelerate business growth through proactive client acquisition. About the Role: We’re seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support Bloom Bridge Advisors in building a robust client pipeline. This role is focused on outbound lead generation , not closing or running meetings. You'll help identify ideal clients, conduct outreach, and book meetings for the founder. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Prospect potential clients through emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales methods to generate new business opportunities. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in our CRM system to track progress and follow up as needed. Booking Meetings: Schedule and confirm meetings for the founder. Provide prep materials so she can pitch to the specific needs of each company. Draft Outreach Materials: Write customized outreach emails and LinkedIn messages that reflect our no-mass-message approach at Bloom Bridge Advisors. Market Feedback: Share insights and feedback from the market directly with the founder to inform strategy. Activity Tracking: Maintain accurate records of daily activities and ensure all KPIs are consistently tracked and reported. Ideal Candidate Profile: 3–5 years of experience in a full-cycle BDR role Background in staffing or consulting preferred Fluent English , with a neutral or Latin-American (Miami-level) accent Strong written communication skills in English required Organized, self-directed, and results-driven Comfortable using CRM systems to manage leads and track sales progress If this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume in English!
