We Move People, and People Move Us! Overview Publicis Global Delivery is seeking an Influencer Marketing/Social Analyst to lead and execute strategic marketing campaigns for our high-profile clients. This role is key to our Creator strategy, covering sourcing, negotiation, campaign management, and content oversight. The ideal candidate is independent, focused on quality, and eager to grow alongside more than 5,000 employees worldwide. Campaign Leadership: Own the success of creator marketing initiatives from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand values. 2. Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive creator strategies, managing all campaign phases in collaboration with teams such as Client Solutions, Creative, Strategy, and Operations. 3. Creator Sourcing and Management: Identify, engage, negotiate with, and manage contracts with creators aligned with client KPIs and brand identity. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the main liaison between the Creator Management team and other departments to ensure cohesive efforts and client satisfaction. 5. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use insights and analytics to select creators and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. 6. Communication and Oversight: Maintain daily communication with creators regarding campaign details, timelines, and content requirements. Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate performance. Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or related fields. 2. English proficiency at B2+ level or above. 3. 1 to 3 years of experience in Creator Management or similar roles within advertising, with a proven track record managing complex projects. 4. Strong understanding of digital and traditional media, with established connections in the creator community. 5. Proficiency in major social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, X, and YouTube, with awareness of emerging trends. 6. Excellent organizational skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment. 7. Strong communication skills to foster cooperation across teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
