Now we’re looking for a **Sales Excellence** to bring Creativity and Innovation to Softline’s interface. You’ll be a part of our Global Finance Team. **What you’ll do**: - Ensure predictable sales processes that enable execution excellence while fulfilling global business strategy goals. Deliver sales process discipline that drives effective sales orchestration, well executed sales optimization and productivity strategies, effective and predictable business planning rhythm and well developed sales initiatives and strategic programs that drive overall growth. - Consolidate sales forecasts from information produced through pipeline reports and discussion with sales organization managers. - Effective strategic growth decisions as a result of business intelligence developed by sales excellence. Define the process and build the strategic business plan - Support to the CFO in terms of compensation plans (development of metrics and high quality information to base monthly and annual calculations) - Provide value added analysis and creative ideas towards the processes enhancement, towards continuous learning & operational excellence. - Integrate measures and reports in the rhythm of the business that enforce great discipline in our sales processes. **Profile requirements**: - Excel Advanced - Bachelor's degree - English: conversational level **Skills**: - Knowledge about Sales strategy and process. - CRM data quality. - Definition of sales processes. - Standardization of proposals and templates about sales process. - Forecast and pipeline management experience. - Market plan creation and deployment. **What we offer**: - Working in an international environment with a team all over the globe in more than 55+ countries. - Inspiring corporate culture with an ability to grow and develop every day. - EAP (Employee Assistance Program) for employee and family.
