To enable this transformation, we have established a new Tiered Support Model to ensure excellent delivery of our fundamental HR needs. Position: HR Performance Excellence Analyst This role involves working with the HR PE and Transformation Lead, as well as the global HR Operations, Systems, and Employee Experience teams. The goal is to deliver excellence and enhance the employee experience by simplifying, standardizing, and automating processes through the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of global tools and procedures. In This Role You Will Ensure operational excellence of our internal platform that shares information on benefits, policies, HR processes, and handles queries from employees, managers, and HR partners. Analyze M&G data periodically using Power BI and Excel to generate insights and prepare reports for stakeholders. Gather feedback from platform users and implement improvements using Power Apps and Power Automate. Participate in designing and testing the Workday Help module, expected to replace the current platform in Q3 2025. Coordinate and train local teams for a smooth transition to the new Workday module. Review policies and processes for opportunities to streamline operations, eliminate redundancies, and improve efficiency. Anticipate potential issues and facilitate solutions on behalf of the Global P.E. Lead. Qualifications We are looking for candidates with: Understanding of HR administrative and operational tasks across the employee lifecycle. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. A keen interest in learning and development. Ability to build partnerships across all levels of the organization. Prioritization and delegation skills. Accountability and a strong track record of follow-through. Preferred qualifications include: Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, Statistics, or HR. At least 4 years of experience in complex corporate environments, ideally in HR systems and operations. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Expertise in MS Excel, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong interpersonal skills.
