Accounts Payable Specialist Job The company is looking for a detail-oriented specialist to join their accounting team. This role involves processing 500+ vendor invoices each month with accuracy, matching delivery receipts to invoices and tracking vendor credits, reconciling credit card charges and vendor statements, helping with weekly/monthly accounting tasks and reports, following documented workflows and troubleshooting issues before escalating, and collaborating with teammates and contributing to process improvements. We are seeking someone with 5+ years of AP/accounting experience in construction, hands-on experience with Sage 100 Contractor and Sage Paperless is a strong plus, strong attention to detail and organization, great communication skills and a team mindset, comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
