This role drives commercial excellence and product portfolio growth across the LAM region by equipping frontline sales teams with tools, processes, training and support to win in the market. The position supports regional Business Unit Heads of Service by aligning global strategies with local execution, boosting revenue, win rates and customer retention. - Develops playbooks, value-based selling tools and customer-facing materials tailored to LAM service offerings. - Drives CRM usage and pipeline discipline, improving forecast accuracy and opportunity visibility. - Leads onboarding and upskilling initiatives across the regional service salesforce. - Aligns sales processes, KPIs and best practices across LAM countries. - Supports strategic pricing execution and value communication in collaboration with Product Management. - Ensures adoption of sales enablement platforms, dashboards and reporting tools to measure impact. - Acts as regional interface between BU Service Product Management, Product Development and country teams. - Ensures LPT service products are visible, understood and positioned correctly in the LAM market. - Provides input to strategy development by analyzing market trends, installed base, customer feedback and product performance. - Supports sales planning, business case preparation and local go-to-market execution for new or strategic service offerings.
