The Operations Director holds a critical and influential position within the organization, responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive strategic plans that address the unique needs and ambitions of our clients. This role ensures alignment with the overarching company objectives while promoting sustainability and operational efficiency. The Senior Director meticulously analyzes potential risks, devises robust mitigation strategies, and fosters deep, enduring relationships with clients to guarantee exceptional satisfaction with the services provided. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1. Oversee and ensure seamless day-to-day operations within assigned clients while optimizing processes to efficiently meet client needs. 2. Collaborate with Managers, Senior Managers, and Directors to implement account strategies and resolve operational challenges. 3. Identify, develop, and execute process improvements to boost productivity and quality in account operations. 4. Monitor key metrics to evaluate operational performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve targets. 5. Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to support and enhance account objectives. 6. Address and resolve escalated client concerns promptly, maintaining robust relationships and ensuring business retention. Skills and Knowledge: - Educational background in any Business or Administrative field. - Advanced English proficiency (C1 level, both conversational and written). - Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. - Over 4 years of experience in BPO operations management or leadership roles. - Proven track record in client and staff management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
