Colombia is establishing Pavco Wavin's first Technology and Innovation Center for Latin America, dedicated to the development of products primarily for drainage and water supply systems. That's why we are currently looking for a Test Engineer to join us at Bogotá, Colombia. If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on. The role: Conducting and reporting on test and research work in support of development projects and/or assisting Operating Companies or external customers. Responsibilities - Preparing, planning, executing, and reporting test and research work in support of development projects and/or assisting Operating Companies or external customers. - Find best method of testing product designs in accordance with specifications and/or local standards. - Leading role as Test Engineer in multiple projects. - Collaborate with test engineers at other T&I; locations and B&I; Bogota Labs. - Making test setups, setting up, controlling, and operating the appropriate laboratory equipment. - Contribute to the maintenance of the quality system (e.g., audits, procedures, work instructions, calibrations, controls). Qualifications - Technical or Bachelor's Degree. - 3+ years of relevant work experience conducting laboratory tests, good knowledge of and experience with plastics (desirable). Experience working in projects. - Good communication skills (oral and written). - Work in a structured and accurate way. - Analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
