Your future duties and responsibilities Manage a team of onshore and offshore developers. Lead developer candidate interviews and hiring decisions for both full-time employees and contractors. Assist employees in developing and managing their career plans. Stay updated on industry software technologies, development, and support techniques. Lead the design, implementation, and support of new cloud-based software solutions. Ensure timely delivery of optimal solutions in a fast-paced, lean agile environment.
