Responsibilities - Create architectural designs and layouts using Archicad, ensuring adherence to project requirements and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project scope and deliverables. - Produce high-quality graphic designs, including 2D and 3D renderings, presentations, and marketing materials. - Conduct research and analysis to support design decisions and recommendations. - Ensure accuracy and consistency in design documentation and deliverables. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. - Proficient in Archicad software with experience in architectural design and documentation, mainly for Residential Projects. - Previous experience working for the US Market. - Outstanding graphic design skills for rendering, graphic layouts for an office marketing deck, and design presentations for awards submissions. (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Experience in creating high-quality 2D and 3D renderings and presentations. - Knowledge of architectural standards, building codes, and regulations. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Fluency in English (both written and spoken). - Portfolio showcasing previous architectural and graphic design work.
