Qualifications: - Understanding of the Real Estate industry - Calling B2B clients with a script provided - Professional verbal and written communication skills - Knowledge of CRM software, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Attention to detail and high level of accuracy - Proven ability to work independently and within a team - Answering and directing phone calls - Scheduling appointments and meetings using IT tools - Provide administrative support to the real estate team - Creating and maintaining daily reports - Reviewing and prioritizing incoming mail and taking appropriate action - Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice) **Job Type**: Part-time Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week **Experience**: - Real Estate: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (required)
