About Us: We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with AppExchange experience to help build innovative applications for the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and API integrations, as well as experience developing second-generation managed packages (2GP). This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with internal leadership to develop new AppExchange products on tight timelines. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Salesforce development and has a growth mindset, with the potential to eventually lead and manage a team of experts. Responsibilities: AppExchange Development: Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce AppExchange applications using second-generation managed packages (2GP). Work with Leadership: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conceptualize, design, and deliver new Salesforce products under tight deadlines. Apex & Triggers: Develop robust Apex controllers, triggers, and batch classes to support business logic and integrations. API Integration: Implement and optimize REST and SOAP APIs to connect Salesforce with external systems. Authentication & Security: Implement OAuth, JWT, and other authentication methods to ensure secure integrations. Security & Compliance: Ensure applications pass Salesforce Security Review and comply with AppExchange standards. Testing & Deployment: Use Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and CI/CD pipelines for version control, automated testing, and deployment. Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve scalability, performance, and governor limit issues in Salesforce applications. Leadership Growth (Optional but encouraged): Opportunity to grow into a leadership role, managing a team of Salesforce experts as the company expands. Must-Have Skills: Apex – Strong knowledge of controllers, triggers, and batch processing REST & SOAP APIs – Experience integrating Salesforce with external services OAuth, JWT, and Authentication Methods – Strong understanding of secure authentication and authorization workflows Second-Generation Managed Packages (2GP) – Understanding of packaging, namespaces, and release processes Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, CI/CD – Experience with DevOps and modern deployment practices SOQL & Governor Limits – Expertise in writing optimized queries and managing Salesforce limits Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with AppExchange security review and compliance Experience with Salesforce Communities / Experience Cloud Familiarity with AWS, Heroku, or external cloud integrations Figma (Preferred, but not required) – If you have UI/UX skills, that’s a plus!
