**Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead the operations of our Colombian Pacific site. This role is responsible for managing the reception, transportation, storage, production, and distribution of materials, as well as developing and implementing operational improvement plans. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and Operations positions, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives. A strong background in logistics, administrative or related areas is essential. **Responsibilities:** - Ensure compliance with ethics and HESQ policies on site operations. - Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives in the frame of LEAN and Yara Operations Standards. - Guarantee smooth operations in ports and optimum day-to-day operations on site. - Manage and control contractors and partners involved in site operations. **Requirements:** - Professional degree in Engineering or Administrative careers, with Specialization in Logistics, Administrative or related areas. - 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and Operations positions. - Leadership and communication skills. - Budget management and analytical thinking. - Team-oriented and proactive approach.
