Job Description Internal Project Management (IPM)monitors and ensures projects for internal customers are deliveredwithin agreed scope and are completed within budget, schedule, andquality standards. Covers implementation of process improvements toreduce development time and the assistance in the integration ofcomplex business factors to develop and implement long-termstrategic planning objectives. Responsibilities - Leads key andless complex projects that positively contribute to business oroperation impact such as streamlining processes and tools forefficiency in functional, region or local operation. - Isresponsible for project execution performance with respect tofinancial and operational KPIs such as cost, timelines, revenue andproject assets. - Interfaces with key stakeholders at business arealeadership. - Interprets internal and external business challengesand recommends best practices to improve products, processes andservices. - Has in-depth organisational and relevant marketknowledge and uses understanding on how relevant areas can beintegrated to achieve objectives. - Contributes to strategicdecisions within professional area. - Conducts thorough riskmanagement. - Solves complex problems based on sophisticatedanalytical thought and complex judgment. - Contributes todevelopment of concepts to determine professional direction of ownorganisational unit. - Acts as a professional leader for staff /workteam / taskforces, often the most senior specialist in a team,who serves as best practice resource within own organisational unitand / or is recognised as an expert within the same professionalarea in the business. - Often leads functional teams or projectswith moderate resource requirements, risk and complexity, handlesday-to-day staff management issues, including resource managementand allocation of work. The position will perform planning &coordinate; delivery activities, focusing on Design, Integration,Validation and Acceptance. Relevant tasks: - Project technicalleadership - Project setup & planning - Team coordination -Risk analysis & Mitigation - Perform project execution -Project status & reporting : achievements, progress, results,issues & next steps - Customer facing activities - R&Dinterface; - Be responsible for Technical review of relevant docs (HLD/LLD/SVS-Test strategy/ATP/MOP ) - Manage Test & Acceptancecoordination Qualifications - Typically requires 5-8 yearsextensive relevant experience and/or a graduate / postgraduateequivalent degree in Telecommunication Engineering or Electronicsand communication Engineering . - Advanced English proficiency. -Experience on Application integration projects, in particular inmulti BD and/or complex projects. - Basic knowledge of Policy swsolution portfolio based on 5780DSC/SPS-P / NPC is a notablyadd-on. - Experience within SW Telco solution development and / orintegration. - Knowledge of Unix/Linux OS's & Databases(Aerospike/MariaDB/Oracle/SQL). - Competences on TCP/IP & mainstandard Protocols : Diameter / HTTP2/ SIP / Sigtran / SOAP-XML /SNMP. - Cloud knowledge ( VNF, CNF ) & related products (CBIS/CBAM - NCS/NCOM) or platform VmWare/Openstack. - Familiaritywith Payment systems, Mobile Network Integration, VoLTE & IMSwould be important. - Previous experience with OSS/BSS systems andframeworks. - Advanced Level English. - Leadership - Reportingexperience - Team-working - Customer focus & relationship -Analytical mindset About Us Come create the technology that helpsthe world act together Nokia is committed to innovation andtechnology leadership across mobile, fixed and cloud networks.
