The Client Onboarding Analyst role plays a vital part in the onboarding process for Financial Institutions and Financial Advisors. The ideal candidate will have working experience in Broker Dealer firms or Banking. Key Responsibilities: - Review account opening documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies. - Interpret and implement custodian-specific requirements for account setup. - Maintain and update internal procedures based on custodian changes and regulatory updates. - Communicate account opening requirements and updates clearly to advisors and stakeholders. - Coordinate with custodians and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or documentation issues promptly. - Document and track the status of documentation until completion. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance or related field preferred. - A minimum of 1 year to Maximum 3 years of experience in Broker Dealer or Banking is required. - The position is open exclusively to candidates residing in Colombia and ready to relocate to Bogota / Medellin. - Excellent attention to detail, self-started and driven. - Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize. - Customer service attitude, team player and proactive. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. - Proficient in Microsoft platforms/software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). - Bilingual (English/Spanish).
