The role of the Integration analyst is to define requirements, supervise the development and go-live process of integrations with other systems, and ensure continuous monitoring for high performance. The analyst bridges the gap between IT and the Business by assessing processes and delivering data-driven recommendations and reports to stakeholders. The job : Integrations with clients and providers, such as channel management systems, are managed by an integration team. As the number of existing integrations increases, so does the number of integrations under development. A position is available for a dedicated colleague to support existing integrations and manage multiple new integrations simultaneously. The ideal candidate : Will be a young, enthusiastic IT professional with a strong understanding of communications between real-time distributed systems, excellent communication skills, and experience working in agile teams. The candidate will collaborate directly with various stakeholders, including clients, providers, distributors, and development teams. Responsibilities : Assist in defining business requirements and document them effectively. Communicate regularly with different business lines, IT platforms, and clients. Provide standard presentations and internal training sessions. Organize events such as roadshows, webinars, and visits, and participate in fairs and internal events. Document all activities in English and defend opinions, propose ideas, and manage tasks primarily in English, with some communication in Spanish during the day. Ability to work effectively in a global, highly matrixed team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience maintaining and improving XML API documentation and IT projects. Knowledge of real-time distributed systems and strong technical interest. Excellent time management, communication, planning, and organizational skills. Self-motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, and committed. Knowledge of JSON, XML (schemas, web services), GET, POST, REST, HTTP, networking, Postman, JMeter is a plus.
