Job Overview - This role is responsible for ensuring compliance in regulated markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the business in respect of regulated market compliance, assisting with regulated market licence applications, and ensuring ongoing compliance due to territorial regulation change and business driven change. In this capacity, the Compliance Analyst will liaise with the business to ensure that regulations within each of the jurisdictions are complied with. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of each of the relevant regulations that the business needs to adhere to. Key Responsibilities: - Developing a thorough understanding of each of the relevant regulations that the business needs to adhere to. - Providing internal consultancy to business departments on regulatory matters. - Liaising with the business to ensure that regulations within each of the jurisdictions are complied with. - Identifying appropriate regulatory training or knowledge transfer into every area of the business as required. - Identifying any nonconformity within the business and escalating appropriately. - Providing governance across all applicable policies and procedures. - Interfacing with regulatory bodies as necessary. - Taking an active role in the project process to ensure that regulatory points and matters are considered up front and throughout the project lifecycle. - Being actively involved in external audits as necessary.
