Responsibilities - Assigning territories and quotas to Learning Consultants together with Head of Sales. - Design together with Head of Sales the strategy to reach sales goals in the region. - Provide clear information for the sales team of campaign progression and sales target coverture. - Provide clear information for sales forecast. - Coordinate the correct and frequent use of CRM by the sales team. - Communicate with other departments in time and manner in order to solve season's problems. - Keep a good relationship with key stakeholders in Key Accounts. - Create opportunities for professional development to the team together with Head of Sales. Skills - Bachelor's Degree - English B1. - Availability for frequent traveling - 3+ years of total sales/customer service/Leadership and coaching experience. - Ability to Coach, Mentor, and Motivate Salespeople - Team player with high level of dedication - Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff members - CRM - Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel) - Product knowledge (desirable) - Problem-solving skills - Autonomy and diligence Descripción del trabajo Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet , consectetur adipiscing elit.
