Dream Job for Sales Strategy Expert Automobile Aftersales Strategy Planning Officer Create an aftersales strategy for the Asia-Oceania region, focusing on customer loyalty and revenue growth. Ensure that all sales strategies are consistent with company guidelines. As a regional hub for Honda Motor Co., Ltd., collaborate with local offices and distributors to facilitate meeting events, training programs, and activity standardization through guideline creation. Develop short- and medium-term objectives with local partners, monitor performance against these targets, and provide regular updates to management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Formulate an aftersales strategy for the Asia-Oceania region, prioritizing customer satisfaction and revenue growth. 2. Support local offices and distributors in implementing sales strategies, ensuring consistency with company guidelines. 3. Liaise with cross-functional teams to drive sales and customer retention initiatives. 4. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including customers, employees, and business partners. 6. Presentation of periodic reports to management, detailing key performance indicators and action plans. 7. Travel domestically and internationally as required. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. - Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal (TOEIC 700+). - Previous experience in aftersales service within an automotive company is advantageous. - Demonstrated analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation software. - A positive attitude, flexibility, and open-mindedness.
