Pay Rate: Hourly Rate: $8 Full-time Biweekly Rate (40 hours per week, 80 total): $640 All roles are hourly-based ( $8 /hr depending on experience) and paid bi-weekly via third-party platforms. Your responsibilities will include attending meetings, managing client interactions, conducting research, and coordinating interviews. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets. Our ideal candidate will use analytical skills to identify problems, find solutions, have outstanding English skills, and think outside the box. Warm Calling: Conduct warm calling, utilizing scripted responses to address, pricing, and customer inquiries. Additional sales-related tasks and projects will be required as necessary. Lead Qualification: Qualify and filter leads, determining their level of interest (cold, warm, hot, etc.), and meticulously document relevant details in the CRM system. Phone communication: Use a VOIP phone (Internet phone) provided by the client, accessible via the computer, for both inbound and outbound sales calls. Booking Management: Book meetings and ensure that prospects adhere to their scheduled bookings. Follow-up Communication: Follow up with potential customers through cold sales emails, text messages, and phone calls to address any inquiries. Mainly phone calls so they can connect with leads. Sales Funnel Management: Apply sales funnel knowledge to ensure prospects are on the correct stage of the sales cycle based on their interest. Record-Keeping: Complete required KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) reporting and other administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner. Requirements 2+ Proven experience in sales or account management is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English. Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in CRM systems, job boards, and virtual communication tools. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
