Field Service Supervisor "> Job Purpose: The Field Service Supervisor oversees the delivery of exceptional front-line IT service to internal clients within a defined geography, supporting maximum revenue generation and low-cost operations. This role requires strategic planning, leadership, and technical expertise to optimize processes, staffing, technology, and communications. Key Responsibilities: - Plans and supervises individual teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests, achieving coverage for all locations. - Provides first- and second-level support for incidents and service requests, leading complex problem investigation and remediation. - Identifies and drives remediation of common problems. - Grows the team, providing or arranging training for individual FSEs, maintaining current talent assessments, and global colleague development and succession plans promoting inclusion and diversity. - Takes an active role in business projects as required. Requirements: A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant work experience is required, with 1-3 years of direct management/supervisory experience. A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology is mandatory, along with other certifications such as ITIL, Project Management, Organizational Change Management, Staff Development, Resolving Conflict, Six Sigma, Lean Process Design, Agile, Kanban, Emergency Operations, MCSE, SCCM, ITIL Foundation, and CCENT.
