About The Role We're seeking an organized and experienced Customer Service Representative who can handle a high volume of client communications and provide daily operational support with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming client calls and emails Schedule appointments and handle calendar management Maintain, update, and audit CRM records Support day-to-day administrative tasks Requirements 3–5 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles Excellent written and spoken English communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Minimal accent preferred Why Join Us?
