At Johnson & Johnson, we all belong. We are searching for the best talent for Junior Medical Manager - Immunology to be in Bogotá, Colombia. You Will Be Responsible For Creating and updating documents based on project, medical strategy, and budget plans. Reporting on clinical and product level metrics. Delivering clinical information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Under general supervision, disseminating evidence from clinical trials through compliant communications with healthcare professionals and stakeholders. Directing individuals regarding medical affairs expertise and support to Product Development teams and Medical Affairs teams. Providing medical interpretation of data to internal and external parties. Assisting in managing key links into global brand clinical activities by maintaining collaborative relationships with medical physicians. Coaching junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities. Understanding and applying Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with the team. Qualifications 3 - 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (mandatory) in Medical Affairs roles such as Medical Manager or Senior MSL. Preferred Minimum Education: Medical Degree, Postgraduate studies, or Master’s degree. Percentage Travel: 25% English level: fluent #J-18808-Ljbffr
