Key Responsibilities: - Extract and transform raw data from different CRMs to generate KPI reporting using Python, SQL, BI tools, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office. - Design, create, and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor business health metrics for both internal and external clients. - Participate in the deployment and enforcement of data governance policies, ensuring the correct usage of the data warehouse. - Generate data-driven decisions and business insights based on available and self-generated reporting. - Manage effective, efficient, and empathetic communication with various stakeholders. - Streamline existing processes and implement new initiatives. Requirements: - Knowledge of Python, basic to intermediate level, with experience of 1-2 years programming involving the use of data science libraries such as Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, NumPy, Plotly, Scikit-Learn, SciPy, Datetime, Json, Os, and related. - SQL, basic to intermediate level, with experience of 6 months to 1 year. - Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, ETL, and ELT pipelines to ensure proper understanding of organizational data governance policies. - Google Sheets/Excel, basic to intermediate level proficiency. - Completed studies or currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline. - 1-2 years of professional experience in related roles, such as Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or Business Analyst. - Near-native English proficiency, with good speaking skills and solid C1 or higher.
