About the Role The ideal candidate will maintain an optimal inventory for planning and sales areas, ensuring reliability and proper rotation of batches, classification, and location of products according to their hazard. Key Responsibilities - Manage inventories through our information systems, controlling items to avoid discrepancies between physical count and the system. - Perform cycle counts to comply with globally established policies, executing inventory adjustments to reduce their occurrence. - Monitor, control, and record controlled raw materials in the information systems as per regulations. - Control daily inventory operations, generating reports defined by area management. - Monitor, control, report promptly, and manage necessary purchases according to production supply replenishment requirements. - Report inventory statistics to management, suggesting improvements. - Keep factory inventory vs. free zone inventory updated and balanced. - Generate monthly production reports for management. Requirements - Techncian or Technologist degree in logistics or supply chain management, preferably university studies in industrial engineering, chemical engineering, or related fields. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and English language. - At least 2-3 years of experience in operational activities, ideally in inventory control, and database management. - Task Organization, Attention to Detail, Collaboration with Others, Responsibility, and Effective Use of Digital Tools.
