Job Overview - We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our Drives Service unit. The role involves tracking installed systems, managing maintenance agreements, and analyzing service data to optimize operations. Key Responsibilities - Ensure accurate data entry for installed base systems, and regularly clean and update data to maintain accuracy. - Register products based on sales reports, analyze service data, and deliver reports to service management using Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, and ERP tools. - Coordinate with operations teams to support maintenance contract schedules, track spare parts and kits with the sales support team, and assist technical service data collection. - Analyze post-service data, support stock management through order planning, and contribute suggestions to improve operational processes and customer services. Requirements - Associate degree or higher, preferably in Electrical-Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related fields. - Experience in data management and cleansing; ability to identify and correct incomplete or inaccurate system data. - Proficient in data analysis and reporting; able to support decision-making processes through analytical skills. - Strong command of Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, ERP systems; attention to detail, solution-oriented mindset, and ability to read/write technical documents in English.
