Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned Information Technology leader to join our team as a Regional IT Security Specialist. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for innovation. Duties and Responsibilities - Manage regional IT security services, including the provision of a range of services, leveraging internal resources or external vendors. - Develop and implement effective incident response procedures, ensuring they are well-documented, updated regularly, and rehearsed effectively. - Participate in internal or external audits as required, providing expert advice and guidance. - Lead a LATAM organizational unit responsible for all application development, delivery, and support of innovative solutions for Security in both SAP and non-SAP environments. - Supervise resourcing activities related to design, development, testing, implementation, support, and documentation of the IT business solutions portfolio for Security. - Recruit, coach, develop, and motivate employees to create a work environment that retains key personnel required to deliver value-added innovative IT services across the business. - Manage teams' internal and 3rd party costs to align with IT targets and deliverables. Requirements - A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline with equivalent security leader experience. - ITIL Service Management Certification and Security Certifications are desired (CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional or equivalent, SAP Netweaver Security Certification is desired). - Familiarity with the management of SAP Security Roles and Responsibilities, SAP GRC, VIRSA, SAP PROFILES. - Experience (7+ years) in Information Technology. - Minimum 5 years' experience in delivery, development, and support of IT Business Applications covering the Security aspects. - Experience in implementing policies and procedures in compliance with Information Security Management Systems Standards (ISO 27000 series or equivalent).
