We are looking for a strategic and analytical professional to lead the development and execution of health economics and outcomes research strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement strategies supporting product value throughout its lifecycle, aligned with local payer requirements. 2. Collaborate with various teams to develop and approve negotiation models; work with stakeholders to implement these models. 3. Partner with experts to develop predictive models demonstrating the clinical and financial impacts of negotiations on health contracting models between HMOs and HCOs. 4. Generate and synthesize Real-World Evidence (RWE) to support reimbursement submissions and access negotiations. 5. Lead the development of local value dossiers for payers, the Ministry of Health, and health technology assessments for HTA agencies. 6. Work cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, Access, and Global teams. 7. Engage external stakeholders, including MOH, payers, HTA bodies, academic institutions, and patient advocacy groups. 8. Co-create communication materials for payers with marketing and medical teams. 9. Present value proposals to payers and stakeholders involved in access strategies. 10. Monitor healthcare policy trends and access barriers in Colombia and the region to inform strategic planning. 11. Lead training and communication efforts on HEOR & Access topics for internal teams. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Public Health, or related field. 2. Master's or PhD in Health Economics, Epidemiology, or Outcomes Research. 3. At least 5 years of experience in HEOR and market access within oncology, rare diseases, or specialty care in a commercial setting. 4. Proven experience with economic modeling, RWE generation, and HTA submissions in Colombia. 5. Strong knowledge of the Colombian healthcare system, payer landscape, and regulatory environment. 6. Experience participating in international HEOR or access working groups or conferences. 7. Experience publishing HEOR manuscripts and presenting at scientific meetings. 8. Experience working with both traditional and disruptive HEOR & Access vendors. 9. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. 10. Willingness to travel up to 20% or work in field activities. 11. Fluent in English and Spanish. Lilly is committed to diversity and inclusion.
