As the team is growing, we are looking for a Senior Automation & Commissioning Engineer, their main responsibilities are: Responsibilities / Tasks The Automation & Commissioning Engineer. is responsible for development the automation engineering during different phases of a project (planning, design, execution, commissioning and closing) in order to review, validate, adjust or propose ideas or solutions for effective continuity of these or their improvements. Travel will be required, involving periods on side throughout year (up to 75% travelling time expected). - Know manufacturing processes in the beverage or dairy or food industry. - CIP Know-how - Hygienic design know-how. - Generate pre-engineering of automation development. - Scheduler of automation activities - Model control sequences according to P&IDs; - List of entities, equipment controls, control modules and devices - Designed FDS. - Dimensioning, software and hardware list generation for automation architecture. - Develop automation engineering, using ISA Standards. - Review existing process engineering and make necessary changes to support project execution when necessary. - PLC programming of process and CIP sequences. - HMI and SCADA programming. - Setup different Industrial protocol networks - Setup IO periphery - Setup and commissioning VFDs - FAT Procedures. - Software - Electrical Cabinets - Skids - Documents - Project commissioning - IO test - Dry test - Wet commissioning - Documents and meeting. - Product testing. - Water production test. - CIP procedures. - PAT (Product Acceptance Test) - Documents Soft Skills - Internal stakeholders communication - Engineering team. - GEA CoCs. - Project Management Team. - Automation Team. - External stakeholders communication - Costumer site - Sub suppliers - Providers - Time Management, - Activities Description. - Schedule of milestones - Task Planning. Your Profile / Qualifications Educational Background - Degree in engineering career (Industrial, Electrical, Automation, Electronic Mechatronics) Professional Knowledge and Experiences - 5+ years of experience working as automation engineer. - 3+ years of experience in a process projects commissioning - Electricity, automation, control, pneumatics. - PLC programming. - Siemens - Schneider - Rockwell - SCADA Programming. - Siemens - Schneider - Wonderware - Rockwell Factory Talk - Experience in Batch or control and Continuous control. - Industrial Protocol Networks Know-how - MES - Databases know-how - SQL scripts - SQL table and Store Procedures. - SQL Reports - S88, S106, S5.1, S101 Standard Other Skills & Competencies - Leading a commissioning team. - Teamwork, proactive issues solving. - Hygienic design know-how. - Mechanical engineering know-how. - Electrical engineering know-how. - Project Management Basics. - Schedule Management - Cost Management - Time Management - Written and oral communication skills. - Focus quality - English proficiency - Know manufacturing processes.
