Required Skills: - Solid understanding of QA practices,including automation and manual testing. - Experience with Java forautomating API tests and front-end testing. - Strong backendtesting knowledge, including API automation (e.g., Rest-Assured)and Core Java expertise. - Basic SQL experience and log readingskills. - Proficiency in Node.js frameworks like WebDriverIO,Playwright, Protractor, or Cypress. - Familiarity with Agile andWaterfall methodologies. - Ability to prioritize test scenarios,create execution plans, and build test automation frameworks. -Experience with peer code and test case reviews. - Familiarity withversion control, defect tracking, and test management tools (e.g.,Git, Jenkins, JIRA). - Strong analytical, problem-solving, andorganizational skills. - Excellent communication, collaboration,and self-development skills. - Ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment with multiple tasks. Qualifications and Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields. - 3–6years of experience in QA/testing roles and as a Quality Engineer(automation). - Experience in the financial domain or applicationsis an advantage. - Familiarity with offshore/nearshore/onshoremodels is a plus. - Preferred experience with Agile methodology. Nice to Have: - Experience with Seismic and Coric. - Experiencewith JUnit, Spring Boot, and Mockito for integration testing. -Mobile automation testing for Android, iOS, or cross-platformtools. - Performance testing experience with JMeter. -Salesforce-related experience. Responsibilities: - Design andimplement tests: Develop detailed, comprehensive, andwell-structured test plans and test cases. - Develop automated testscripts: Utilize testing software programs to perform automatedtests. - Write scripts and create automation environments forrepeated tests using various tools. - Identify and document issues:Analyze and record problems during testing, such as defects, bugs,errors, and inconsistencies. - Review system requirements: Ensurethe software meets quality standards and track quality assurancemetrics. - Collaborate with development teams: Understand systemarchitecture and functionality, and resolve issues. - Conductpost-release testing: Perform thorough regression testing when bugsare resolved. - Monitor debugging process results: Conduct stresstesting, performance testing, and scalability tests. - Stayupdated: Keep up-to-date with the latest testing tools andmethodologies.
