We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staffing Agency Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between our company and multiple U.S. staffing agencies. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication and collaboration with staffing agencies, screening resumes, and facilitating the recruitment process for various positions across multiple industries, including accounting, finance, customer service, and marketing. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for multiple U.S. staffing agencies, promptly responding to inquiries and providing necessary information. Review and assess resumes submitted by staffing agencies for alignment with open job positions. Communicate new or updated candidate requirements and job specifications to staffing agencies. Conduct initial candidate screenings, assessing qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate with the Global Recruiter to pass along qualified resumes and ensure a seamless handoff for interview scheduling with hiring managers. Collect and track feedback from hiring managers post-interview to refine future recruitment processes. Maintain and update recruitment records and communication logs with staffing agencies. Support the team in handling administrative duties related to recruitment, including managing candidate pipelines and documentation. Experience and Skills Needed: Proven experience in recruitment or staffing coordination, ideally in an agency or corporate setting. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with various stakeholders. Prior experience in industries such as accounting, finance, customer service, or marketing is highly desirable. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with staffing agencies and internal stakeholders.
