About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Amazon Catalog Coordinator to manage and optimize our product listings across the US and EU marketplaces. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong command of Seller Central and a sharp eye for accuracy and consistency. The ideal candidate will ensure that all product information is correctly represented, maintain catalog health, and support the continuous improvement of our Amazon presence. Responsibilities Perform regular account health audits in Seller Central and address any issues impacting account performance Upload and maintain accurate product listing copy for new and existing SKUs, ensuring content aligns with brand standards Review image counts across listings to verify compliance with Amazon image guidelines Upload product images for both US and EU marketplaces, confirming format and resolution requirements are met Create and maintain A+ Content for product detail pages to enhance customer experience and drive conversion Manage the Brand Storefront and Brand Story content in both US and EU regions, keeping assets current and engaging Monitor reviews for newly launched products and report on trends or feedback requiring action Upload product videos to listing pages across both US and EU platforms Review case pack configurations in Vendor Central three times weekly to ensure accurate bulk packaging data Conduct EU bleeding checks to prevent listing inconsistencies or content overlap between regions Complete a comprehensive monthly catalog audit to verify the integrity and consistency of product listings Track frequently returned items and escalate patterns that may indicate listing errors or product issues Requirements At least 6 months of Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central Experience Proficiency in managing product catalogs across Amazon’s US and EU marketplaces Familiarity with A+ Content creation, Brand Storefront management, and Amazon listing best practices Experience handling product images and video uploads within Amazon guidelines is preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday What We’re Looking For In You Adaptable & Resourceful: Navigate change and prioritize effectively.
