About the role: We are looking for a bilingual Outbound Sales Representative and Executive Assistant to support a fast-paced legal team. The ideal candidate will manage outbound and follow-up calls, qualify leads, and assist with various administrative and marketing tasks. You’ll play a key role in helping the firm stay organized and maintain a high-quality client experience. What you’ll be doing: Make outbound scripted calls to potential leads. Follow up with missed inbound calls, emails, and other inquiries. Qualify leads based on established criteria and set appointments. Use emotional intelligence to assess lead readiness and client fit. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in HubSpot CRM.
