Locations: Remote (with one in-office day/month in cities like Medellín, Bogotá, Barranquilla, etc.) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST English Level: 9.0–10.0 Education: HR or Administrative background (2–3 years) Start Date: June 23, 2025 Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Employee Relations & Compliance Specialist to support our HR operations. This role focuses on offboarding, employee case intake, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Responsibilities: - Oversee offboarding processes and exit interviews - Conduct intake for employee concerns and document thoroughly - Support investigations and case resolution - Maintain accurate and confidential HR records - Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies - Assist in developing and communicating HR policies - Provide administrative support to HR leadership - Collaborate with leadership on HR initiatives - Foster a respectful and positive work environment - Stay informed on employment law and HR best practices Qualifications: - 2–3 years of HR experience, especially in employee relations - Strong documentation and communication skills - Knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws - Experience with HRIS or case management systems - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented - Willingness to attend one in-office day per month This is a great opportunity for HR professionals looking to grow in a dynamic, remote-first company.
