Clinical Research Physician (CRP) - Medical Affairs The Clinical Research Physician (CRP) is an integral member of the medical affairs team. Through the application of scientific and medical training, clinical expertise, and relevant clinical experience, the CRP plays a key role in supporting launch and commercialization activities. The CRP may also work closely with global Development teams, Therapeutic Area Program Phase, Early Phase/ Clinical Pharmacology, and Translational Medicine teams in new product development activities over the entire spectrum of drug development and clinical trial phases. Primary Responsibilities: - The primary responsibility of the CRP is to provide expert medical support to all aspects of the local business, ultimately enhancing the customers' experience in interacting with the company. - The CRP proposes and conducts Scientific activities that anchor the unmet needs of the medical scientific community and the strategic plan for the compound. Minimum Qualification Requirements: - Medical Doctor degree from a Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME)-accredited medical school. - Board eligibility or certification in an appropriate specialty/subspecialty or completion of comparable post-medical school clinical training. - Demonstrated ability to balance scientific priorities with business priorities. - Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills.
