About the Role - As an iLearn Analyst, you will be part of our People Services Tech Solutions team, supporting different Learning Institutes and Business Units within a multinational pharmaceutical company. Main Responsibilities: 1. You will perform iLearn administration activities to support local requestors, ensuring seamless operation of their learning offer in the platform. 2. Contribute to process and service improvement, evolving your perimeter to meet the needs of the business. 3. Support local requestors in operating their learning offer in iLearn, providing timely assistance and guidance. 4. Ensure alignment with the global iLearn Services Operations team by participating in regular coordination meetings and training update sessions. 5. Create and re-version specific learning objects, such as online courses, on-the-job training, training curricula, events, and face-to-face training sessions. 6. Manage user profiles, maintaining timely updates according to iLearn User profile requirements. 7. Oversee learning assignments, registration, and completion management. 8. Develop and manage reporting processes. About You - Experience: Previous experience in training administration is essential for this role. - Soft Skills: Stakeholder management, communication skills, and ability to work independently are highly valued. - Technical Skills: Experience working with Learning Management Systems is required. - Languages: Advanced English language proficiency is necessary, with Portuguese being desirable.
