About the Role We’re expanding our outbound sales team to help grow a platform that connects real estate professionals with new construction opportunities across the U.S. and Latin America. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role for candidates who are confident on the phone, goal-oriented, and eager to learn. Key Responsibilities Make 100+ outbound calls per day to real estate agents and brokers in the U.S. and LATAM Deliver persuasive, well-crafted pitches to drive sign-ups Walk new users through a streamlined onboarding process Track activity, qualify leads, and meet daily and weekly sales targets Contribute to a collaborative team environment and grow your skills through ongoing coaching What We’re Looking For Fluency in English (B2+ level or higher) with a strong, professional phone presence Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation Ambitious and eager to develop a career in sales Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive with minimal supervision Organized, results-driven, and able to manage your performance metrics Comfortable being on the front lines of outbound outreach Bonus: experience using CRM tools or familiarity with the real estate or proptech space If you're looking for steady challenges, fast growth, and the chance to build something meaningful, we want to hear from you.
